- Durchführung von Lernbegleitungen, Standortgesprächen und Kompetenznachweisen
- Förderung des Theorie-Praxis-Transfers und Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der Ausbildungsziele
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bildungspartnern sowie internen Fachpersonen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Ausbildungskonzeptes und einer modernen Lernkultur
- Aktive Mitwirkung in der direkten Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
- Förderung einer hohen Pflegequalität sowie einer sicheren und patientenorientierten Versorgung
- Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Pflegefachfrau/-Mann HF/FH und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital
