• Professional handling of basic and treatment care for our residents
• You consult and accompany our residents and their relatives
• You carry out needs clarifications with RAI-HC at the inhabitant
• You will get care documentation and individual care planning.
• Training as a specialist in nursing
• Multi-annual professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area of advantage
• You are familiar with the RAI system
