Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100% late shift, with occasional early shifts
Your tasks
- Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process
- Carrying out treatment-related nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
- Electronic care documentation using Care Coach
- Taking on tasks as a caregiver
- Control of the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
- Assumption of late shift responsibilities
- Taking on tasks as a subject matter representative, technical authority to give instructions
Your profile
- Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care an advantage
- Experience in RAI desired
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoy a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German

Requirements

Professional experience in long-term care preferable
