Role overview
For the telephone control center and information department, which comprises around 12 employees, we are looking for a committed personality who strengthens our team immediately or by agreement.
We connect external and internal callers with hospitalised patients, secretariats, office centres, departments and staff.
We provide information about the hospital location and the areas in the telephone exchange and at the information, opening and visiting times, the car park, existing appointments, emergency operations and much more.

Main responsibilities
- Responsible for competent, forwarded receipt and forwarding of calls / requests in the telephone exchange and information
- Professional, friendly treatment, impeccable customer service General and administrative tasks Profile:
- Several years of professional experience telephone exchange / service area with direct customer contact
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing, at least one other foreign language (preferably English)
- Good MS Office skills, commercially savvy, responsible
- Diplomatic and patient nature, communicative, knowledge of medical vocabulary
- Motivated to work irregularly in early/medium or late service (between 5:45 a.m. and 10 p.m.), as well as on weekends (no fixed days)
