Their tasks
- Professional development of care and ensuring quality standards
- Responsibility for knowledge transfer and implementation of inpatient treatment focuses
- Technical advice on nursing issues and support for employees
- Assuming nursing care and care of caregivers
- Management and cooperation in subject-specific projects and nursing groups
- Introduction of new employees as well as information, advice and training of patients and relatives
- Diplom Pflege HF or completed vocational training in the faculty nursing FH/BSc (proof of recognition for foreign diplomas)
- In-depth professional experience in psychiatric care, ideally in the child and adolescent psychiatric field
- Experience in project work and professional support of employees
- Joy of co-creating and strong communication and consulting skills
- Responsible, independent and team-oriented working methods
- Readiness for shift and weekend services (excluding night services)
- Clinic, research and teaching united: working in a university environment with international networking
