• With our customers you take on assignments in basic and treatment care
• You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives
• You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer
• You create care documentation and the individual care planning
• Other employees guide you, advise and coach you
• You take over the holiday representative of the care service

You bring that with you

• Training for Dipl. Nursing professional
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex region is advantageous
• You are accustomed to resilient, flexible and independent work
• Own car and resident in the region
