- Own responsibility area to ensure nursing and care quality in coordination with the station management and collaboration with nursing experts
- Ensuring professional nursing of our patients with various disease patterns with a focus on Medicine & Surgery
- Degree as Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH or BSc with experience in acute hospital in Switzerland Leadership skills
- Ability to transfer scientific knowledge into practice and ensure its implementation
Main responsibilities
- Own responsibility area to ensure nursing and care quality in coordination with the station management and collaboration with nursing experts
- Ensuring professional nursing of our patients with various disease patterns with a focus on Medicine & Surgery
- Support in the thematic training of new employees and further development of nursing professionals
- Participation in forums and working groups and drafting, implementation, and further development of guidelines and nursing standards
- Ensuring nursing quality through the implementation of the respective standards
- Coordinating nursing in interprofessional collaboration Requirements
- Degree as Dipl.
- Nursing Professional HF/FH or BSc with experience in acute hospital in Switzerland Leadership skills
