- You take care of and accompany clients in the context of care assignments directly on site.
- You coordinate and organize the service provision from reception to departure – in close cooperation with clients, relatives, doctors, hospitals and other specialist offices.
- You take responsibility for the entire care process including requirements clarification, NandA care diagnostics and electronic care documentation.
