- Daily care and care during the day and at night if necessary: You ensure professional and individual care so that our residents feel well looked after during the day and at night.
- Promotion of autonomy: By carrying out RAI assessments, you actively contribute to promoting and maintaining the independence of our residents.
- Emergency management: You recognize emergency situations at an early stage and take the necessary measures.
- Kinesthetic care: You actively use the kinesthetic approach to care for our residents to support their ability to move.
- Care documentation: You manage the electronic care documentation independently, carefully and seamlessly. Requirements
- Qualification: You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP. We offer
