Main responsibilities
- New perspectives in acute medicine
- Due to the success in the pilot project in Laufental, the hospital offer at home in the canton of Basel-Landschaft is to be further expanded.
- In order to implement this, we need you as a qualified nurse in our interprofessional team.
- In the hospital at home, patients are treated who would otherwise be treated in a conventional hospital bed due to an acute illness.
- Typical diseases that are treated in hospital at home are pneumonia, erysipelas or pyelonephritides.
- But patients who have an acute worsening of a chronic disease, such as decompensated heart failure, diverticulitis or pain therapy and are usually treated in hospital bed, can now also get healthy in their own bed at home - supported by the interprofessional team at hospital at home.
