A high percentage employment, 90-100% is possible with direct assumption of duties in nursing. 60-80% refers exclusively to professional training with regulated working hours. You have the choice

Key requirements

- Professional experience in long-term care preferable.
- Experience as RAI coordinator preferable. A warm and humorous basic attitude.
- Joy in diverse challenges.
- Good German language skills, both oral and written.
- Joy in working with trainees and students.
- A recognized training in the pedagogical field (at least professional trainer course).
