We are looking for someone to join our nursing team at the Im Brühl residence immediately or by appointment
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/ FH/ DNII 60-80%
Your tasks
- Professional and warm care and support for people in need of care in demanding situations
- Management of electronic care documentation using “careCoach”
- Treatment nursing and medical technology activities
- Participation in the implementation of the nursing process and taking over the related care
- Leading the daily team
- Identifying crisis situations and taking intervention measures (including doctor visits)
- Shared responsibility for professional quality care
- Observation and analysis of nursing and care situations
Your profile
- Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist HF/ FH/ DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
- High professional ethics and motivation
