Looking for Spitex will be a responsible Dipl immediately or by agreement. Nurse HF without fall guidance.
Tasks
- During their assignment, they assume evening responsibility for the evening team and the customers of the area.
- They ensure the qualified and resource-oriented care and support of our customers.
- They support and guide customers and their relatives, even in complex situations.
- They perform piquette assignments with telephone responsibility.
Profile
- Completed training at tertiary level such as Dipl. Nurse FH/HF or equivalent training
- Joy and interest in dealing with older people
- Application knowledge in MS-Office and Perigon is beneficial
- Driving licence Cat B, car advantageous
