With more than 20 locations – including the private clinics Clienia Littenheid and Clienia Schlössli as well as the gerontopsychiatric offer of Clienia Bergheim – it offers a diverse range of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment methods in ambulatory, day-clinical and inpatient settings. The Group employs around 1800 people and achieved a turnover of CHF 240 million in 2025.
For our patient admission and triage site we are looking for from February 2027 or by agreement
Their tasks
- Responsible for answering and handling all allocations and requests
- Lively contact with referees, patients, relatives and authorities
- Responsible for a good triage and thus for optimal bed management
- Maintaining waiting lists, appointments and advice for patients as well as relatives or referrals
Your profile
- Completed training for the Dipl. Care professional HF / FH
- Professional experience in the psychiatric environment as well as a secure feeling in dealing with people in challenging life situations
- Good IT user knowledge
- Willingness to work shifts (Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
- Teamwork, flexibility, independence and a sense of responsibility distinguish you
