Tasks

• Responsible for the optimal planning of 12 operating rooms and 140 beds taking into account the given framework conditions
• Ensuring timely and efficient settlement
• Providing information related to hospital entry
• Telephone, written and personal contact of patients
• Cooperation with external and internal customers

Requirements

• Knowledge of orthopaedic terminology
• languages
• English fluent in word and writing, E,F,I for simply oral communication
• Accurate and structured working method even in hectic situations
• Service-oriented and networked thinking and working
• Sound IT skills
• High load capacity
• Good communication skills and team spirit
