Company and context
- The Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist may collaborate closely with affiliate business teams or brand teams, third-party vendors, and campaign and global campaign coordinators in the organization related to project requirements, objectives, and timelines. The Opportunity:
- Manage the affiliate or global digital campaigns' content creation and delivery process, ensuring timely and successful completion of any projects from initiation to final implementation, while ensuring delivery standards are met.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise digital campaigns' content requests accordingly to ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Instructs stakeholders on new process or requirements that would increase efficiency in the ways of working in subject matter area
- Supports Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Coordinators in client communications in the area of service offering, change management or communication
- Adoption and Center of Excellence: follow existing processes, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation and implementation within the scope of responsibility Who you are:
- You are a person with high interest and ability in project coordination with a keen understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation processes.
- Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- You excel at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and adapting to their feedback to meet their needs and expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with at least 1+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
