As a Senior Audit Data Analyst in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you'll combine advanced analytics expertise with agile ways of working to support risk-based auditing and help Swiss Re achieve its vision of resilience.

In this role, you will lead and develop data-driven audit approaches by partnering with auditors to understand key risks, controls and business processes.

Company and context

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience translating business requirements into analytical use cases.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analytics delivery.
  • Experience working in agile environments and applying agile practices.
  • Experience working with Internal Audit or other assurance functions, such as Risk Management or Compliance (preferred).
  • Proven experience developing GenAI assistants and agents, and applying them across the audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, audit scoping, control testing and reporting.
