Requirements
- Completed chef/chef EFZ training or equivalent qualification
- Further training for dietetic cook or similar supplementary nutritional training (beneficial)
- Several years of professional experience in (upper) gastronomy, hospitality or health gastronomy
- In-depth knowledge, as well as a strong passion for healthy, modern and sustainable nutrition and specialty foods
