Role overview
We are looking for a Development Engineer in Basel who translates clinical requirements into innovative, technically feasible solutions and is holistically responsible for the development of new products.
In this role, you lead development projects in terms of time, costs and quality and design products from the idea to market maturity.
Would you like to work closely with doctors, research, product management and QM/RA and ensure that designs are implemented in a functional, production-compliant and regulatory-compliant manner?

- Several years of experience in a similar field, experience in medical technology is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage CAD knowledge (Inventor) Communicative and proactive
Key requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar field, experience in medical technology is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage CAD knowledge (Inventor) Communicative and proactive
- Good understanding or affinity for anatomy and clinical problems
- Technical education (ETH/FH) or advanced mechanical training with TS-level qualification
- Substantial experience in a related field, with preference for medical tech
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
