Role Purpose

The Design Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality, visually compelling creative assets that strengthen brand presence, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support business communication objectives.

The role acts as a key custodian of brand standards, ensuring all visual outputs are aligned with corporate identity while remaining modern, relevant, and impactful.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Visual Communication
  • Conceptualize and develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including internal communications, campaigns, presentations, events, leadership communications, social media, and corporate materials.
  • Translate communication objectives and business requirements into compelling, audience-centric visual solutions.
  • Ensure creative outputs are visually engaging, innovative, and aligned with brand positioning. Creative Advisory
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide strategic creative recommendations and design consultation.
  • Challenge briefs constructively and recommend the most effective visual approach to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Provide professional advice on design direction, layout, storytelling, visual hierarchy, and audience experience. Trend Awareness & Innovation
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends, digital content formats, user preferences, and industry best practices to ensure creative output remain fresh, relevant, and visually impactful.

  • Benchmark against leading brands and market trends to continuously improve visual communication effectiveness.
