For interdisciplinary work at the Wetzikon Psychiatric Day Clinic, we are looking for a
The interdisciplinary day-care treatment offered at the Clienia Psychiatric Centre Wetzikon complements the inpatient and outpatient treatment setting and represents an important building block for overcoming crises, stabilisation or follow-up treatment after a hospital stay.
Our range of treatments is aimed at people aged 18 and over with various psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders (depression, anxiety disorders), emotion regulation disorders, personality disorders, psychotic illnesses and ADHD.
Your tasks
- Support of the Head of Nursing Day Clinics in her management tasks and independent assumption of areas of responsibility
- Representation and support of the Head of Nursing in administrative, organizational and personnel matters, as well as assumption of management tasks in her absence
- Planning, leading and reviewing therapeutic group offers
- Participation in subject-specific working groups and projects
- Ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation
- Leading one-on-one meetings, group offers and reports
- Collaboration in the further development of the treatment concept, review of the quality of care
- Supporting patients in crisis situations
Your profile For this exciting job, you have a nursing degree at HF/FH level and several years of professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Are you interested in further training in management tasks and further developing the day clinic offer together with the management?
