• Responsibility for the leadership and coordination of a reception team of 6 employees
• Responsibility for compliance and implementation of structural, technical and organisational fire protection
• Taking over the 24/7 security stakes to ensure safe operation (about 10 weeks per year)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience: as an electrical technician, company specialist or company technician HF
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): As an electrical engineer or other basic technical training
• Engaged and winning personality with high resilience, strong social skills and team skills
• Self-responsible and solution-oriented working method combined with networked and cross-divisional thinking
• Several years of experience in self-responsible management and management of projects
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. • Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. • Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
