- Resilience and decisiveness in difficult situations Process-oriented thinking and overview Knowledge of KISIM and PEP Good written and spoken German skills

- you will support the development of nursing quality and vocational training, working closely with trainees (students and apprentices) Requirements:
- completed nursing education with several years of professional experience in acute care, preferably in an outpatient setting
- you have already gained leadership experience and have completed relevant further training or are willing to do so
- you enjoy working in a team and value interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- you are eager to take on new tasks, communicate clearly and respectfully, and remain resilient and decisive even in challenging situations
- you think in terms of processes and maintain an overview
