Main responsibilities

  • Establishment and further development of scalable reporting solutions (Power BI) for ensuring financial transparency and controllability
  • Development, operation and further development of automated data pipelines in the Google Cloud stack (dbt, SQL, Airflow, BigQuery) as well as establishment of ELT processes using CI/CD
  • Development of data models based on Data Vault 2.0
  • Participation in the collection and analysis of business requirements, as well as the development of sustainable solutions for their implementation
  • Support of the department in the development of data-driven solutions (automation, use of AI tools) Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience: in the development of front-end solutions with Power BI or comparable tools
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): with a focus on data engineering or adequate training
  • Solid knowledge of data engineering with modern data warehouse and data product technologies such as SQL, Python, dbt, BigQuery
  • High initiative and pronounced problem-solving ability
  • Good feeling for trade-offs between quality, reusability and speed of implementation Experience in finance and controlling German (flowing) English (good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
