Main responsibilities
- Individual, friendly, and competent customer support via Live Chat in German
- Comprehensive and efficient advice on products as well as problems and uncertainties
- Processing and recording of orders as well as handling of warranty and return requests
- Exchange with the team and supervisors to improve workflows Requirements
- 2+ years: Customer service
- No specific education/training required: Customer service
- You already have experience in customer service – ideally in a retail or call center environment
- You enjoy using a laptop and have experience in fast and error-free typing. You like trying out new technologies
- You have excellent written German skills and good spoken English skills.
- Written French or Italian skills are a big plus
