The Direct, Digital & Customer Care division is an important sales channel in Zurich Switzerland and ensures that our customers receive the best protection in every situation through telephone and digital consulting and sales solutions. As a Special Service Advisor in Special Services, you will process requests from international customers, partners and existing customers on the phone, answer written correspondence reliably and give the customers the feeling that they are in good hands with you.

• You process incoming customer inquiries and concerns (in writing and by phone)
• You are responsible for a high-quality processing of dismissals and annulments
• You work in complaint management and support your colleagues professionally
• You provide competent information for customer inquiries and ensure high-quality processing of written customer correspondence
• You take on offline activities such as administrative and organizational activities

This sets you apart

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance or financial sector
• Interest and pleasure in consulting as well as telephone and written customer contact
• Rapid understanding for the secure handling of IT applications and processes
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Stylistic German as well as French and Italian in word and writing, every other language and English is advantageous
