To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated and motivated customer advisors (m/f/d) with VBV/IAF degree. Their tasks
- Competent and individual advice to our customers on insurance and pension solutions
- Analysis of customer needs and creation of customised insurance concepts
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Support of an existing customer base and active acquisition of new customers
Your profile
- Mandatory: VBV or IAF degree
- Experience in the insurance industry or customer advice
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working method
- Enthusiasm and passion for distribution
- Secure use of MS Office and digital consulting tools (CRM)
- Very good knowledge of German
- French or Italian advantage
