- As part of the Helvetia Group, our 30-strong team is responsible for Baloise Bank’s physical and digital customer service.
- At the heart of this function is the inbound consulting of our customers at the Solothurn location.
Main responsibilities
- As part of the Helvetia Group, our 30-strong team is responsible for Baloise Bank’s physical and digital customer service.
- At the heart of this function is the inbound consulting of our customers at the Solothurn location.
- The activity is complemented by targeted outbound activities as well as operations at our locations in Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen and Dornach.
- You act as the first contact person and ensure an outstanding customer experience – primarily in the Inbound team in Solothurn.
- You provide competent advice in basic banking, ensure the smooth handling of the counter business together with the team and communicate to our departments if necessary.
- You provide seamless support in the areas, outbound and on site in our customer zones (Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen, Dornach).
- You actively participate in service, sales and customer loyalty campaigns and generate leads.
- You are proactively involved and help to continuously optimize our processes. Requirements
- Completed basic commercial training in the banking or financial services environment
- Sound practice in customer support (customer zone, inbound or contact center) Stylistic German French is a must for this job;
