For the acute care unit S3 - treatment focus on older adults, we are looking for a
The Acute Care Unit S3 is aimed at people in exceptional psychiatric situations who require intensive, inpatient treatment due to an acute mental illness. Careful psychiatric and somatic clarification as well as the collection of personal life history form the basis for all therapies. The entire treatment program is geared towards coping with the current crisis and reintegration into the old or newly designed conditions and, in addition to recovery-oriented psychosocial support, also includes alternative treatment interventions such as NADA, phytotherapy and much more.
The ward is usually openly run and implements the Safewards model. We would be happy if you would also participate with your ideas.

- Responsibility for the development of nursing and review of the quality of care on the ward
- Participation in subject-specific working groups and projects
- Caregiver work: We treat our patients individually according to their needs and maintain contact with their relatives
- In addition to the individual discussions, group offers take place, which are also led by the nursing staff
- Our interprofessional cooperation is a huge strength and distinguishes us. Active participation and involvement are central components of this cooperation.
Your profile For this exciting job, you have a degree in nursing at HF / FH level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. Professional competence, service orientation and a lot of humor are the most important qualities you need to have.
