Here, acute crisis intervention meets an interprofessional team that works with passion and high professional competence. We offer you the opportunity to participate in the further development of our concepts and actively develop stationary care. These are your tasks
- Head of medical-therapeutic care for mentally ill people aged 18 to 64
- Integrative therapeutic activity in the interprofessional team
- Close cooperation with the station manager
- Development and implementation of advanced treatment concepts
- Teaching / coaching of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Have your own outpatient office hours that bring you
- Team capable and reflective personality
- Interest in a resilience and resource orientation in an interprofessional context
- Completed specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced specialist training
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German
- CH doctor's diploma or entry in the MEBEKO register for foreign diplomas
- A versatile activity in a committed and motivated team
