The hospital kitchen of the GZO Spital Wetzikon is one of the best in Switzerland: in 2023 it was named the "best hospital kitchen" in the country by public voting at the Viktor Award, which is considered the "Oscar of the healthcare industry". This award is not a snapshot, but an expression of what our 30-strong kitchen team does every day: in the morning, noon and evening, around 130 freshly prepared meals for our patients in up to 37 different diets. In addition, around 300 meals for employees are served at noon as well as the catering for the GZO-affiliated daycare centre and the Bärentswil school lunch table. Tasks

• Preparation of fresh different cold and warm menus taking into account the nutrition guidelines of GZO Spital Wetzikon AG
• Qualitatively and quantitatively flawless provision of daily meals for patients, employees and guests
• Help with all processes in the kitchen
• Support for the training of apprentices in basic vocational training Koch/Koch EFZ
• Gradual growth into the elective diet and the care of the special food forms Requirements
• Completed vocational training as cook/chef EFZ

• Interest in the nutrition topic and willingness to share your knowledge
• Interested in further training as a dietitian cook / diet cook with federal certificate
