Your tasks
- Cleanliness and laundry care: You are actively involved in cleaning and in our internal laundry.
- Processes: You help to optimize internal work processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- eamarbeit: You work closely with colleagues from different fields and contribute to a positive working atmosphere. Respectful treatment and mutual support are a matter of course for you. Communication in everyday work takes place in German.
- Alternative assignments: You take on occasional gardening work if necessary, supporting TD in project work. Transport the laundry with the electric car between the main building and the laundry.
Your profile
- Experience: Professional experience in cleaning and/or laundry is beneficial.
- Driving licence: A valid category B driving licence is mandatory.
- Language: You have good knowledge of German in words and writing, at least at level B2. German is the common working language in our team.
- Dedication: You are ready to flexibly intervene in the event of staff outages in the team and to stay longer if necessary in the event of increased workload, so that the work involved can be completed reliably.
- Professional appearance: You have a well-groomed appearance and act friendly and professional towards guests and patients.
- Personality: You are service-oriented and communicate friendly, respectful and solution-oriented. Thanks to your fast comprehension, you work reliably, independently and flexibly and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
