For the Senevita Residenz Nordlicht in Oerlikon we are looking for a chef / chef EFZ 100% immediately or by appointment Your tasks

• Production of food at the assigned post (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
• Creation of the Mise en Place on the assigned post
• Implementation of Senevita quality and service standards
• Introducing ideas for menu design
• Acceptance of goods and management of the warehouse
• Compliance and implementation of hygiene and safety directives in the assigned area
• Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work

You bring that with you

• Completed training as Koch EFZ
• Passion for gastronomy and joy in dealing with fresh products
• Experience in the à-la-carte kitchen
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a cook
• Teamwork, resilience and flexibility
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
• Independent, reliable and structured working method
• Creativity and motivation to bring in new ideas
• Distinct team player
