For the Tertianum Etzelblick in Richterswil in the region of Zurich, we will be looking for a cook/cooker 90-100% of your tasks as of 1 July or by appointment

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food forms according to menu plan and special wishes
• Responsible for regeneration, completion and picking of the food
• Responsible for efficient storage management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and working safety guidelines
• Professional and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management
