Tax Court of the Canton of Zurich Court Clerk 50 - 60% The Tax Court of the Canton of Zurich treats as a special administrative court of first instance appeals in tax matters. As a reinforcement for our team of 15 lawyers, we are looking for a court clerk on 1 February 2027 or by agreement (pensum: 50-60%).

• At our instance, you can deepen your knowledge of tax law – in particular in the areas of direct federal tax, state and municipal taxes and real estate profits tax: You process and edit complex complaints and recourses largely independently, participate in the process management as well as in speaker audiences and take part in inspections and court meetings.
• For admission to our team, we expect in addition to a completed legal degree, in particular skill in written expression, the ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp complex issues, as well as an efficient and initiative working method. You have already gained initial experience in a court and/or have knowledge of tax law.
• We offer you an interesting and demanding area of responsibility, which you can work on in a collegial working environment and using a modern infrastructure.
