- Preparation of the business basics for personnel management (budget, forecast, deviation analyses, profitability calculations)

Main responsibilities
- Central tasks in controlling
- Preparation of the business basics for personnel management (budget, forecast, deviation analyses, profitability calculations)
- Business Partnering: Creation and discussion of periodic analyses and
- Evaluations (Reporting MIS) as well as management and monitoring of budget targets
- Ensuring solid master data quality as well as coordination and integration of different data sources for a uniform, reliable control basis and reporting
- Co-operation of cost accounting according to REKOLE incl. Parameterisation, audits and certification
- Participation Monthly / Annual Report Processes by Preparation and Plausibilization of HR and Wage-Related Data
- Preparation of external statistics for authorities and collective bargaining partners (including SDEP, BfS, ITAR K, SwissDRG, SpiGes, OAAT, Spitalbenchmark)
- Collaboration in projects and assumption of further tasks in the field of controlling Key topics in the field of Human Resources
- Central contact person for controlling for the HR department
