Main responsibilities
- You advise the business units as a sparring partner at eye level and support them in sound business decisions
- You ensure effective financial governance and continuously develop control instruments, key figures and methods
- You create transparency through meaningful reports, analyses and decision templates
- You create forecasts, budgets and scenarios and support the departments in implementing effective measures
- You analyze target deviations, identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive concrete recommendations for action Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience: as a controller
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): focus on controlling, business administration or finance
- The ability to convey complex financial topics in an understandable way, build trust and accompany decision-makers as sparring partners
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as the ability to derive concrete recommendations for action from data
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools as well as experience with BI solutions and modern reporting instruments

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und den MS-Office-Tools sowie Erfahrung mit BI-Lösungen und modernen Reporting-Instrumenten
- Tiefes Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle, Wertschöpfungsketten und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) Englisch (gute Kenntnisse) Französisch (von Vorteil)
