PROFILE
- Completed commercial or communication education/study with emphasis on corporate communication / public relations, media design, media design or comparable.
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Experience with Office 365 Suite, Adobe Creative, Canva etc, as well as in-depth knowledge in photography, image editing as well as video editing and content production
- Deep knowledge of social media content planning, production and community management
- Experience in project management as well as in internal and external corporate communication
- High service and stakeholder orientation, coupled with creativity and conceptual thinking
- Conflict ability and resilience, as well as a distinct hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
TASKS
- Content creation, photography and videography
Responsible for the planning, production and processing of photo and video content for internal and external communication purposes, including social media
- Organisation of internal and external events
Planning, organisation and implementation of events such as trade fairs and staff meetings, as well as support for external events
- Creation of internal and external means of cooperation, such as intranet contributions, e-mails, information image screens
- Visual corporate communication and brand presence
Responsible for the development, design and production of visual communication measures to strengthen the Stadler SIgnalling brand
- Implementation of internal cooperation concepts
Participation in the implementation of internal strategies and concepts, to optimize internal communication
