Role overview
In order to strengthen our team at the Olten site with application area in the Mittelland region (parts in the canton of Solothurn & canton of Aargau) on large construction sites and industrial plants, we are looking for a:n Electrical Construction Manager:in / Construction Manager:r Installer:in Elektro 80%-100%. Construction manager:r Installer:in Electric You can move that with us.
- Assembly and installation: implementation and monitoring of low- and high-current installations in expansions and conversions for customers in various industries.
- Team coordination: management of the installation team and ensuring the timely execution of work.
- Quality management: reviewing the quality of work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Planning and organization: Support in planning construction processes and efficient organization of work processes on site.
- Documentation: preparation of reports on construction progress and documentation of installation work.
- Communication: Close cooperation with construction managers, architects and other trades for optimal project management.

- Successfully completed basic training as an electrical installer: in EFZ
- Several years of professional experience ideally with management responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations.
