Role overview

Introduction For our Procurement, Support & Infrastructure division, we are looking for an Operations Technician (H/F) whose main mission will be to guarantee the performance of the service and to contribute to its evolution.

You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic environment, and actively participate in continuous improvement and evolution of practices.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure daily management of service performance, in collaboration with teams Conducting incident resolution activities
  • Lead projects related to the evolution of logistics equipment and continuous improvement approaches, in collaboration with internal partners
  • Ensure that good practices are maintained by participating in industry steering sessions and developing the culture of compliance with standards
  • Conduct audits and propose appropriate optimization actions
  • Encourage and participate in the staff training process and in updating materials and procedures Profile
  • Graduated from HES Engineer or ES Technician or equivalent completed with training in Logistics / Management
  • Professional experience confirmed in a similar role an asset Knowledge of valued inventory management
  • Proactive, pragmatic personality with a pronounced taste for field work
  • Excellent communication capabilities and ease in animation Spirit of analysis and synthesis
