You are passionate about numbers, value precision and want to actively shape the growth of FELFEL? As a Financial Accountant (80-100%, now or by agreement) in Zurich Wiedikon, you will play a key role in our agile finance team. Here you not only shape numbers, but also shape the future of our company together with us.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day operations including main and secondary accounts (debitors, creditors, bank and payment reconciliations) for our Swiss company and support the day-to-day operations of our US company.
• Settlements to customers and contribute to monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements under Swiss law.
• Maintain and optimize our ERP system (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC) to ensure its continuous scalability.
• Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders on invoicing and accounting issues.
• Participate in cross-divisional projects for the continuous development of financial processes.
• Control communication as an interface to external partners such as ERP support, authorities and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT statements, sales and use tax reports for our US company as well as in the annual tax return.

What you bring

• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a similar environment.
• Degree as Eidg. Financial specialist in finance and accounting (or currently in appropriate training).
• Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage).
• Passion for numbers, structures and processes in an agile environment.
• Independent, exact and reliable working method.
• Strong team spirit and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

• Valid work permit for Switzerland or Swiss passport.
