For our team within the Central Compliance Department based in Zurich, we are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented team member to support with the design and implementation of new methodologies and frameworks, as well as support related cross-functional projects across the Bank.

- University degree or equivalent (preferably in banking & finance, business administration, law and / or data science)
- Minimum 5 years of banking industry experience with focus on conceptional work.
Key requirements
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in banking & finance, business administration, law and / or data science)
- Minimum 5 years of banking industry experience with focus on conceptional work.
- Exposure to compliance, risk management, legal or audit function in Private Banking is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and attention to details, team-player, proactive attitude in approaching tasks owning end-to-end execution
Application process
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and excellent knowledge in additional Office applications (e.g, Share Point).
- Knowhow in Confluence, Jira or similar tools is a plus
- Stress-resistant, ability to cope with tight deadlines and deliver independently under time pressure
- Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain sound relationship with stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
