Role overview
Your main mission is to assist the Communication Team by actively participating in the organization of different events and supporting our team in its relations with the media, the press or influence.
- Participation in the organisation of events: VIP evenings, in-store events, etc.
- Control of the invoices of the Communication department and monitoring of budget commitments
- Management and monitoring of mailings for public relations events organized by Hermès (Switzerland) SA
- In support of Press attaché: production of reports and responses to requests from journalists
- In support of the Director of Communication: online digital campaigns, assets preparation for print campaigns and display.
You prepare a Master with a Communication orientation and you have the following qualities:
- An excellent relational
- From curiosity of mind and a beautiful ability to adapt
- Strictness
- A very good mastery of office automation and digital communication tools
- The common practice of French and English is necessary.
A good level of German is a plus
- A first experience in the field of communication is strongly desired
- And the desire to participate in the deployment of unforgettable events
- An internship agreement is mandatory for the completion of this 100% internship from December 2026 to December 2027
