Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Tax Office Tax Commissioner in Corporate Tax Law 80 - 100% Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the canton and the municipalities. We support individuals and businesses throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the Zurich Altstetten site. In the area of companies, the legally compliant assessment is carried out with a focus on corporate tax law. For our services department, we are looking for the right reinforcement at the earliest possible time. Your future tasks:

• Audit of tax returns and annual accounts of legal persons and self-employed persons (profit and capital taxes, income and wealth taxes, and tax refunds)
• Implementation of assessments after clarification of the relevant facts
• Assessment of binding official rulings and responsibility in appeal proceedings (especially opposition proceedings and first-instance proceedings before the tax appeal court)
• Written, telephone and personal communication with our customers or their representatives Your profile:
• Completed business or legal studies or an equivalent higher commercial specialist training (dipl. tax expert, dipl.) Economic Auditor, FA Trustee or equivalent training
• Professional appearance and stylish German in word and writing
• Good English skills are a plus
• Tax law experience in tax consultancy, trust or administration is beneficial
• Resilience, high service orientation and the ability for analytical, goal-oriented and networked thinking
• Self-organized and self-responsible working method with corresponding scope for design
• Participation in the coveted specialist courses 1, 2a and 2b of the Swiss Tax Conference during working hours http://www.ssk-csi.ch/en/startpage
