Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Tax Office Tax Commissioner 80 - 100% Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the canton and the municipalities. We support individuals and companies throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the Altstetten location in Zurich. In the area of companies, legally compliant assessments are made with a focus on corporate tax law. For our construction department, we are looking for the right reinforcement at the earliest possible time. Your future tasks:

• Audit of tax returns and financial statements of legal persons and self-employed persons (profit and capital taxes, income and wealth taxes and refund of withholding tax)
• Implementation of assessments after clarification of the legally relevant facts
• Assessment of binding official rulings and responsibility in appeal proceedings (in particular opposition proceedings and first-instance proceedings before the tax appeal court)
• Written, telephone and personal communication with our customers or their representatives Your profile:
• Completed business or legal studies or an equivalent higher commercial specialist training (dipl. tax expert, dipl.) Auditor, FA Trustee or equivalent training
• Professional appearance and stylish German in word and writing
• Good English skills are a plus
• Tax law experience in tax consultancy, trust or administration is beneficial
• Resilience, high service orientation and the ability for analytical, goal-oriented and networked thinking
• Self-organized and self-responsible working method with corresponding scope for design
