For the guest service we are looking for 1. August 2026 or by appointment a dedicated and service-oriented personality to strengthen our Room Service Team. Our goal is to provide our patients with a professional, attentive and needs-oriented service in the hospitality industry. The Room Service offers a versatile working environment in direct contact with patients, their relatives and visitors. Flexibility, empathy and a high level of service orientation are important prerequisites.

Tasks

• Acceptance of meal and drink requests, orders via Orgacard
• Meals, drinks and room services
• Entry and exit support
• Participation in the further development of the guest service area
• Ensuring professional cooperation with care and other interface partners

Profile

• Completed training as a specialist in hospitality-housekeeping EFZ, restaurant specialist EFZ or in a related professional field
• Preferred professional experience in health care
• Networked mindset, structured working methods and experienced handling of IT applications
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2)
• Pronounced service and service orientation as well as a friendly, well-kept appearance
• Reliability, independent operation, flexibility and resilience
• Readiness for irregular work assignments, weekend services and public holiday assignments
