For the financial accounting team we are looking for 1. April 2027 or by arrangement an independent and responsible person.
Tasks
- They independently process and record the creditor invoices, ensure quality and maintain creditor master data in SAP.
- They check and record the monthly statements of funds and carry out checks on funds.
- You are responsible for the processing of incoming payments and, if necessary, the execution of reminder runs for a service department.
- They answer accounting inquiries from employees within the team as well as internal and external customers.
Profile
- Basic commercial training with further training as an accounting officer or comparable qualifications as well as several years of experience in finance and accounting
- Very good knowledge in the application of SAP and MS-Office tools
- Strong team and communication skills with a high understanding of services and a sense of responsibility
- Efficient and structured working methods, a good understanding and flexibility
