Our customer service team supports the account and service managers in all administrative matters and ensures smooth coordination and processing of customer orders. To strengthen our team at Zurich Airport, we are looking for 1. February 2027 or by agreement a committed personality as an employee: in Customer Service. Your role

• Coordination and processing of client orders from entry to completion
• Support for account and service managers: in administrative and organizational tasks
• Collection and maintenance of contract and customer data in ERP systems
• Responsibility for periodic billing in close cooperation with internal specialists:
• Assumption of contract management from creation to maintenance up to filing and administration
• Ensure correct and timely invoicing and carry out appropriate checks
• Competent and service-oriented customer support

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and interest in IT topics
• Experience in customer service, in order processing or in a comparable function ideally in the IT environment
• Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent, structured, careful and reliable working method
• Good process understanding and quick understanding
• Team-oriented personality with an open and communicative nature
• Confident knowledge of German at C1 level, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Readiness for occasional assignments at the St. Gallen and Bern locations
