Tasks
- Staff management of non-medical staff in the assigned practices in close coordination with the medical site manager
- Project management and control in the field of practices
- Responsible for efficient operational processes
- Construction of new sites taking into account regulatory requirements
- Creating and revising organizational manuals, work processes, work tools, work instructions, correspondence templates, etc.
- Quality management officer of the entire practice network (sicing and further development of a uniform quality standard)
- Responsible for compliance and control of budget planning
- Developing the basis for strategic decisions in cooperation with the Operations Director
- Cooperation as LMPA / MPA (for personnel bottlenecks) in the various locations
Requirements
- Basic medical education (MPA or similar) and several years of professional and managerial experience of a medical practice
- Further training as an MPK practical direction or similar further training
- Commercial and / or business education advantageous
- Very good knowledge of the tariff structures in the Swiss healthcare system
- Good knowledge of quality management in healthcare
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- High willingness to provide services and travel
- Strong social skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
