For our exclusive private bank at Bahnhofstrasse 1 in Zurich, we are looking for a professional and dedicated service force to strengthen our team. In this responsible position, you make an important contribution to providing our guests and customers with a first-class, attentive and discreet service at all times. Tasks
Guest support and customer service
Professional and warm support of customers, guests and employees at meetings, events, and business lunches
- Ensuring a first-class service experience and high guest satisfaction;
o Friendly reception and competent care of guests on site
Preparation / follow-up of meetings and events
o Preparation and attractive installation of conference and meeting rooms, including setting and decorating of tables/rooms; ensuring a well-maintained, clean and representative environment; follow-up of meetings and events, including clearing, cleaning and restoration of premises
Service & Catering
Professional service of food and drinks at meetings, business lunches and events; o Close cooperation with our internal cook in the planning and implementation of events; ensuring the availability of beverages, fruits, coffee capsules and other consumables
Organization and coordination in the F&B team
o Responsibility for the control and management of stockpiles and the execution of orders for drinks and materials; support in planning and coordinating daily service processes; o Coordination and instruction of external service professionals at larger events
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of our service quality and guest satisfaction
Reception and administrative support
o Welcome and care of guests at the reception; receiving and forwarding incoming telephone calls; support for general administrative tasks
Profile
- Completed training at a hotel management school or comparable training in the field of hospitality, hospitality or hospitality;
- Several years of experience in the service sector, ideally in the upscale gastronomy, hotel industry or banking environment;
- Strong experience in direct customer contact and a high understanding of first-class customer service;
- First experience in the reception area is advantageous;
- organizational talent as well as a structured and careful workforce with particular attention to details;
- High service and customer orientation and initiative;
- Flexibility, resilience and professionalism even in demanding and dynamic situations;
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous;
